You need to send me a log of this situation, because that's totally opposite as programmed. Will send you some custom Jobs for Testo to get hold of this.
I can't, I'm on jb4.
Tried today with stage 2, exactly the same:
D3->D2 downshift occurs way too soon, in many situations, AT should stay in D3.
Instead of this, it downshift into D2, then upshift in D3 right after, not good.
I even noticed yesterday with stage 3 a D2->D1 downshift car still moving, it should occurs only with OSS = 0 rpm, car not moving at all.

Downshifts on coasting are fixed and the same in Stage 2 and 3.
D2 -> D1 2 km/h
D3->D2 17 km/h

I just changed a few things and re-uploaded the Sport and Race Map again. (plz hit re-download OTS Maps in the Misc Menu and flash again)

I have a suspicion, what might have happened in your case. Plz try the new versions.

D2-D1 at 2km/h is wrong to me.
Gear ratio gap between 1st and 2nd is too big to downshift from 2nd in 1st car still moving at 2km/h.

I'll try updated tunes.

Aehm...no..it's not. ;) The stock cal and Alpina shift to 1st at 6 km/h.....

Moving the downshift to a standstill, will induce a jerk, when the clutches open/close while locked by the brakes. Especially on older cars. Letting the trans shift down at 2 km/h makes it smother, because all parts are still moving.

Strange.
Never downshifted from D2 into D1 car still moving with alpina trans flash, from my experience...

no need to prove your sayings, Clemens ;)
I'm just saying it's not occuring with alpina trans flash D-mode, from my experience.
I'll certainly have to check again with alpina trans flash if latest stage 2 & 3 revisions don't fix this.

made some progress on IJE0S Xi AWD, I've been able to report 680 ft.lbs peak up top, torque limiter free.
but it looks like a tcu torque limiter is occuring, postshift in 4th.
work still on progress.

tried updated stage 2 D mode today, it feels much better now, D3->D2 and D2-> D1 downshifts feel much more natural.

Alright ladies. I'm beta testing my 10 e61 535i xdrive. Flashing is pretty straight forward and easy. I'm running the stage 3 map and holy shit!!! huge difference between my sat flash and this. The shifts while driving like a mammal in D are smooth. If you drive aggressively in D the shifts are sharp and firm. Manual mode shifts are significantly faster and crisp. It's not a harsh shift. I've driven it for a few miles and so far I'm liking it. I can't compare it to an alpina flash because the alpina isn't compatible with my tcuso I had to stick with the sat flash. However Xhp is definitely the mandatory "go to" flashes for late model 5s. If you've had your tcu recoded I recommend you make sure it's code properly and fully. I had issues at first because of incomplete coding. It was a quick fix but it still nice to not have to Dick around with it.

I am one of the few beta testing for the e60 535xi.....
Holy shit this flash is amazing!!!!!! In D mode the shifts are quick and unnoticeable. In sport mode the shifts are instant and nice and hard. In manual mode the shifts are very fast and ut hits hard, almost like a dog box.there is probably a .3 second delay from when you shift the lever until it slams the next gear. I can now hold at over 3,200rpm for a launch and she rockets off the line!! The throttle matching is seamless on down shifts. Just a few more tweaks and this flash will be up there will the 1khp dct gtrs.....im not kidding.

I also now need to flash my mhd to manual as everyone else is suggesting.
