Super wierd. When I spun my hub was at 7500 rpm and bent all the exhaust valves. Cams definitely did not bind up and everything was removable and rebuildable

In this thread the bolt backed out. Soo technically this should avoid that failure Mode.

Other than that i use the 2019 crank hub with Loctite 648. I am more than confident that it will work fine.

But you could weld the bolt to the capture and capture to the balancer.
It can still come loose....it will just do it as 1 complete piece.
I hate the capture for the reason being unless you have a 1 piece hub its not doing anything but a fancy billet piece attaching itself to the crank pulley. You can spin the motor over if you need to you have to remove the crank capture every time. Makes the car alot harder to service

Once my engine is in the car i hope for the gods sympathy that i will never ever have to crank the engine at the hub again.

Did the bolt back out though? That bolt was ripped out of the crank 🤷🏽‍. The cranks threads are damaged and so are the bolts. The bolt no longer tightens into the crank
