What is the consensus re: best plugs to use for B58 coils on N54 using this set up?

My car is currently stock but will do a "stage 2" tune up to 16-18 psi, targeting 350-400whp. Eventually want to aim for high 500s with upgraded hybrids when the time comes to replace stockers.

Any thoughts re: plugs?
I went with ngk 94201 gapped @ .022. Runs well with them.

I like genuine BMW M branded S55 plugs. I refuse to use NGK at this point. Too many QC issues.

If ever anyone is looking I'm getting rid of my kit. Was working perfectly but I'm doing an LS swap.

Just a heads up, if you are after the stock/vtt setup then euroklasse.com has them in stock. I ordered a kit on Sunday and it is already shipped.

Yea I bought a kit about two weeks ago, tried emailing the PayPal address, tried the email that sent the order confirmation, both don't work/not valid email addresses. I filled out the contact us thing on the website twice and no one has responded. I hope I'm not getting screwed here.

that's good news. that gives me some hope. I originally ordered a bare metal one but wanted to change to a black one so I sent them more money and another email and still haven't heard anything.

I’m intrigued about the communication (or lack thereof) from nexsys regarding shipping
@dubgtr have you heard or received your parts yet?
I’m a hard ass on companies giving me f-all service / an email with a response isn’t too much to ask…
Saying that, I’m used to FCP etc who respond to queries within 24hrs

Well for about 5 or so weeks I was receiving no communication whatsoever. I tried every avenue I could think of and kept coming up empty handed. Then somewhere around 2 or 3 weeks ago I received a response. The following week was hit or miss, but as of the last two weeks they've been pretty good about replying in a timely manner. I haven't received parts yet, placed the order Oct 26th, so if you're making plans based on the 2-3 week lead time nexsys website says, you will be disappointed.

I loved the kit when I got it, however doing a plug change yesterday I ripped a boot as it was physically stuck to the plug. I ended up having to put my OEM style coils back in [requiring removal of the bracket and wiring adapters]. I'm glad I didn't have to splice or anything and it was trivial to revert. The problem is now where do I source replacement boots? Euroklauss was very nice , answered an actual telephone call. They do not sell the boots separately [I wanted 6 to keep as spares], and assumed [like I do] they 'may possibly' be custom. That's bad news IMHO for anyone like myself looking to keep the car long-term. So ... my question ..

... Does anyone know where/if these boots are actually available over-the-counter or are they 'custom' . I have already attempted to use the 'contact-us' link on the nexsys-motorsport's website, and I do understand it's the holidays. I recommend using some silicone/spark-plug boot grease on the boots [maybe di-electric grease] because if they do stick I can imagine difficulties getting them out intact, especially if it's #5 or #6 spark plug. I wouldn't want to wish that nightmare of a detached stuck boot on anyone . Luckily for me it was #4.

Please if you have any advice share - I am still awaiting contact from Nexsys ..

all the best.. and Happy Holidays

Just wanted to update : Got in touch with Nexsys via FB and ordered replacements. They were really nice and shipped quickly. My lack of grease cost me a set of boots . Oh well. Now I'm measuring and will see if an 'off-the shelf' boot is available. Use the grease for the sparkplug boots.

Fitted my kit today..went fairly well, unpicking the plastic tray with all the wiring without smashing it to bits was irriating.

Used some spiral wrap to protect some of the now exposed wiring.

Flashed it with MHD V10 Stage 2+ map on 98 ron..also move spark plug gaps from 30 thou to 25 thou.

Took about 4 hours..not yet been for a hoon..will dyno it next week

I think this kit would be better if they made some sort of replacement for that black plastic box that holds all the wires. Like basically the same thing the car has, but smaller and just built onto the plate that holds the coils. Or something other than just rigging up the wires the best you can.
