Just curious. are you seeing anything in particular in your logs or car performance that finally made you decide you wanted to get them? I’ve gone back-and-forth on whether or not to get them.
I don't particularly have a problem...I just have misfires sometimes but it's very rare. I use 95 ron(eur) fuel and a lot of methanol because I don't have E85. I wanted to improve my lighting, just to make it perfect.

Assurez-vous également d'utiliser des bougies d'allumage B58 avec ce kit.
Hi, let me ask a new question. I think I was stupid...I installed ngk 97506 step 2 spark plugs.... I get hiccups sometimes. I think I really need to upgrade to the b58 candles. can you confirm to me that these are indeed the Ngk 94201 (SIL ZKGR8B8S) if these are the spark plugs, what is the recommended gap? I saw 0.022. sp95 (eur) and around 2000cc 100% meth

on Google the subject is discussed thousands of times and sometimes opinions differ. unfortunately I don't speak English and the translation of technical terms is sometimes weird. In any case, I sincerely thank you for your quick and very clear response.

Those are the correct plugs, but I personally didn’t run mine at stock gap. I still had them down to 0.024. I just didn’t see why to run them at stock gap when B58 folk gap them down as well.

following your response I ordered the spark plugs that you recommended. unfortunately they are not available in the country...I will have to wait several days. given my quantity of methanol, I think I will have to reduce the spacing too. I'm going to ask jsr what he thinks. I sincerely want to thank you for your advice

But why do ppl gap them? Because they heard it from others or because of actual misfires/issues. At what power level does it start to make sense?

If you have no issues related to spark gap then why even bothering doing it? I doubt that this is really necessary on most ppls cars and they do it just because of word of mouth.

But these are just my two cents. On my old engine i had around 600hp at the crank with stock n54 system and 0.022 without a single issue.

The stock n54 system got me up to 26psi on my car, with Eldor factory coils and a 0.022 gap, Past that I'd get misfires. When i went B58 coils I Gapped the B58 plugs according to what the B58 Guys were running. On my current car David Shoup my tuner asked me to run 0.024.

Hi so I finally have my new spark plugs. on the other hand I noticed something...the spring of my boots does not have the same diameter as the original Eldor spring. The original Eldor one fits well in the middle of the spark plug... but my new spring is more on the outside of the spark plug head. I didn't dare cut or crush I attach photos to explain
