All it does on the 1 M really is sharpen the throttleBut

run M3 dme on 335? wow! Very interestingA CAN interceptor can generate the required messages for the DSC and other modules. Otherwise the only way I think that it’s been done (by brintech but there might be others )is to run the M3 Dme as well as the msd80/81
The m3 DSC data can be flashed onto a 335i DSC
Thank you! This thread has all that you need.

Its just for the M mode. It doesn’t run the engine.run M3 dme on 335? wow! Very interesting
The 1M doesn't have Mdrive but it does have MDM. It's accessed through the DSC button much like a regular 335i with the signal going through the JBBF. It may be possible to access MDM using IKM0S and flashing 1M software over the DSC module and running the DSC signal back through the JBBF. I've thought about trying it but I'm satisfied using the M3 software and the DSC button directly controlling DSC on and off and it would be a pain in the ass changing it back. I'm not sure I'd every have a reason to really use it. With the M3 DSC on it's still looser than 335i software and with it off you can just hang it out all you want. But

I suppose yes. First of all I installed kombi and gws, than m3gts flash. After a one or two months I installed m3 dsc and szl. And after a few months later installed 335d diff. So it will workI'm still collecting parts to do the full retrofit I already have the M3 kombi, GWS and a 335d 2.81 diff.
M3 kombi has been already installed. My question is may install the GWS flash with M3GTS firmware and install the 335d's 2.81 diff or I have to wait to have all the stuff ?
I plan to do GWS retrofit GTS flash and 2.81 335d's diff as the M3 kombi is already in. I'm still looking for the other parts.Technically just the gws installed and the M3 tcu flash will work. It’s likely not doing your clutches any favours and you’ll have error codes but the thing should drive.
No. You will either need @jyamona to build a custom bin that you can use through MHD or go through all this https://www.e90post.com/forums/showpost.php?p=24653297&postcount=13What about mhd flash? MHD will think that 335 is 1m after all this upgrades? And there will be no problem to instal mhd?
Your mhd flash will work as it always did. Just if you want other stuff...What about mhd flash? MHD will think that 335 is 1m after all this upgrades? And there will be no problem to instal mhd?
Since that thread popped up again, verified what I long suspected: it works for Peter because the DME for the 80->81 swap obviously came out of a 135. If that was mentioned anywhere in that thread, I missed it previously, but verified the factory original ZB shown in his screen is a Euro 135.No. You will either need @jyamona to build a custom bin that you can use through MHD or go through all this https://www.e90post.com/forums/showpost.php?p=24653297&postcount=13
M button on the steering wheel would/should be the trigger for high/low throttle request. It is on the 1M (same SZL), but there's a switch to enable it in IKM0S and think that's IKM0S specific. If you're not IKM0S, the high request table should be the only one in use. Most probably copy low (sport) request table over or something in between, but basically, dialing in torque request high as needed/to your liking should cover it.Quick question on custom tunes. Any special changes once we loose the sport button?
Yes, my theory is, it's a/the break in the loop flashing IKM0S on a 3 directly. It seems that when a 1 series ZB is original software in the DME, IKM0S will take without any fuss (except to disable variant/power class check if it's a 135 original ZB). When a 3 series ZB is original software in the DME instead, it doesn't work.@RSL I'm not following the ask here very well. You are looking for a way to change the original ZB number in the DME? Is that all or something else / additional? Also, what will this gain?
