Looking to hit close to 800whp. What setups am I looking at ?

Normal gas wont get you the power you are looking for.

I am aware but I also need a pump gas tune as E85 isn't exactly easy to find around here.

It is doable from my understanding:

1)
Custom 93 tune, your HPFP should be able to handle all you need. No PI needed most likely. So when you run pump only turn off your PI. DI is better than PI all things considered.

Custom E85 tune, your HPFP can't handle all you need. PI is needed. So when your run full E85 turn back on your PI.

2)
Use an E85 content analyzer and the flex fuel logic and have it interpolate between the 93 map and 100% E85 map on the fly. My understanding is you keep your PI on the entire time.

3)
You could try the Helix or other solutions for remaining DI only. Very few seem to be successful at higher HP and most still have to run E85 blends which in my opinion is rather annoying and makes them not a true fueling solution.
