I don't want to celebrate too early, like the first time, but i think you got it.
At 2:18 you can see that the tcc is opening from 1st-2nd shortly but then closing again.
But so far this mapping is the best to drive. Now we are heading towards Stage 3 behaviour :)
The early downshift on braking is a nice feature. I'll test this the next days more extensive.

I also made a Log from this drive.
I'll send it to you via PM.

New app version V1.1.31 online!

- The fuel pump now stays quite during flash
- Fixed an issue where some cars lost their Paddle shifters after flash
- Added a switch to turn off Pre-Flash Safety Checks (only use in case of problems starting the flash)

Finally got installed :)

Car feels way more responsive!! will do some vids and logs later on, went straight for Stage 3 Map.

Had some install issues due to my DTM u shaped angel eyes, hence delay.

^ Installed finally. (ran the install and flash with no tender, know my battery is healthy, and ran fine after safety check disabled.) I suggest for backup tender be required, as its quite long.

I now decided to split up the Stage 3 in 2 maps, for further testing the BRS (Early Downshift in D under braking)

Who likes this feature, pick V1.1, who likes it not, just pick V1.0

currently trying stage 3 D mode, it feels good so far.

will try tommorow to drastically raise the reported torque in the flash, to check I hit no torque limiter .

stage 3 D-mode is not as smooth as stage 2 one.
the best would be a stage 3 flash with stage 2 D-mode.

I've read that some people have reset their transmission adaptations after doing the Alpina flash. I never did it because I wasn't sure it was necessary when I did the flash. Is this something that should be done after flashing xHP?

I may need more adaptions, but I feel stage 3 D-mode definitely not as smooth as first version of stage 2 D-mode.

Marco is one of my customers, the one with the big ST ;)
and here is his latest log, with my tune, and stage 3 xHP TCU flash:
reported torque (green curve) is stuck at 730ft.lbs, 1000nm, in 3rd, 4th, 5th, and no more torque limiter !!!
Nice! I just flashed Stage 3 v1_2 and still got Tq.Lim 4 with slighty raised Tq output. :\

it looks like an issue in the DME flash.
do you get timing corrections on all cylinders ?

Not at all. But yes, timing is dropping while Tq.Lim 4 is active. But Tq.Lim 4 is induced by the gearbox. That's why non-alpina drivers have problems in gear 5+.
I slighty raised the tq. output (fuel eff. divide, for richer fuel) and the limiter was instant kicking in.
My torque limit tables within the dme flash are maxed out.

Something else is wrong. My car doesn't shift as fast as in all posted facebook/youtube videos.
Apperently my car isn't changing the gearboxmode to "sportmode". That's why my shifts are slower then others.

Stock ecu software also doesn't work.. slow shifts (slow is the wrong term, it's like alpina tcu flash shifts) :(

When i'm leaving fuel eff divide stock, i don't have any tq. lim active.
But that's not the sense. I have 650Nm in logs, but my gearbox is only receiving <500Nm. Idk wtf is going on :D
Car was completely updated around 6 months ago.

I had to change many more tables in the flash to report 1000nm (730 ft.lbs).
and there is no more torque limiter in the tcu flash.

I just changed tq fuel eff and the output was instant higher. If i would raise load2torque at the same time i could easy go to over 800nm, but im not doing 800nm with my stock turbos. There are not much more tables left to raise the tq output.
But there is still the limit issue.

I even deleted the app, downloaded it again and flashed v1_3 stg3 again.
No improvement...

Here's a log of the same map with alpina flash and 20nm less tq. output (was another day, so that's tolerance)...
