What brake rotors and pads did you go with?

ECS light weight rotors, two piece...highly recommended. They are a few lbs. lighter and the handling and acceleration is immediately noticeable after install.
Cool carbons...were not impressed with at all. Using Hawk pads now, and also not impressed.
Was looking at DS2500's until I found Pagid. I believe your pads are RSL29's, the L being their endurance pad. Better modulation and life than the standard race pad.
I will be leaning towards the RSL 1 as it is marginally more expensive than the 29 and only slightly less modulation and disc life.
Hawk pads with hawk slotted/drilled rotors. Cant complain about them they work great and grab hard.
I don't really see any dust. I get a car wash every week or too but before the wash I don't see any but if there is dust its very minimal and not eye catching. And for the noise I don't hear a sound.
Nice, I had Brembo blanks and hawk hp+ on my last car. Loved the performance and didn't mind the dust, noise was rare.
I might give your setup a go, need to do more research.
I went with the ECS 2 piece rotors to minimize warp and is lighter than factory and with Hawk's HPS+ pads that bite close to factory pads but withstands fading when getting on the breaks corner after corner.
Two-piece rotors look ideal for weight savings. But I'm not a big fan of cross-drilling or grooves as they all seem to have (I've heard they are harsher on pads). Any light-weight flat two-piece rotors available that fit 335i, other than the front stock rotors for the BMW Z4 3.5is?
I haven't had any issues with the pads wearing out sooner. I did my entire brake system around 2014 and it's still has a lot of meat left. It's my daily and I drive 60 miles a day to and from the office. I did however perform proper brake pad bedding procedures to get both surfaces to mate. They were very noisy at first, then after bedding them, it's been quiet since.
I don't know of any blank 2 piece discs, but Girodisc has the slotted 2 piece oem replacement with a curved vane design to help with cooling. I know it's not much but I hope it helps somewhat.

I had two sets of R1 concepts rotors on my last two BMWs and have nothing but good things to say. Held up great with my last 335 FBO and did great on my ZHP.
I have Brembo calipers with Stoptech rotors and Hawk HP+ pads. The bite is strong and consistant with no fade. Ive done track days with 20min sessions at Inde Motorsports Ranch here in AZ with no issues. Although for daily driving there is a tiny bit of squeaking.
Stock 135i Brembos with RB pistons. RBF600 fluid. Custom front brake cooling setup. ECS 2 piece front rotors, ECS drilled/slotted rears. PFC08 pads.

So far I'm running what I got the car with, and they appear to be stock pads. From what I've researched, the Akebono pads are what I will get sometime before I need them.
