Theres a photo.
And video of one of strongest n54 driveline possible. If it had a 9inch it would be stronger but this is enough for over 1000hp.

Lol zhp and dct

Car is up and running.
Still a bit of a list to start cruising it around the streets but it runs and the transmission works.

This is what stopped me from starting it last week.

No.40 fuse.
It blew as the stock lpfp siezed up.

Heres a video of the first start up where i accidentally left a rag in the intake!
Anyway its up and idling perfect now.

Went for my first drive yesterday.
Put it in 2nd gear for the first time.

Its very boggy getting up to 20km then its pretty normal. More torque down low then I expected. Its pretty noisy for street use but I will drive it around with a smile.

Things are about to get serious for this platform. Sign me up for a 4L80 manufactured plate sent to the states... if you decide to do a production run

Starting working in installing 2 fuel pumps.
Sorta got stuck as the filters that come with the pumps dont fit in the hanger bucket.
It needs around 15mm to fit.
A l so need to upgrade lines from lpfp as it has no fittings to oem with it.

The 4l80e plate is the same as this plate.
I have the cad drawing so I can get one made anytime. I just need to tap the holes once its cut.
I personally cut 2 10mm plates and welded them together. Thicker than 10mm gets rough when laser cut. I need to go to another company with water jet cutting as they can cut any thickness nice a clean.

As for now I can supply 10mm plates laser cut or if you want thicker i need to weld 2 together them or go to another supplier and test fitment as the measurements were down to thousandths of an inch.

@BigTony517 depending on how quick you need it but im currently working on an adapter myself. But im using a cnc machine to cut and tap it. Im mostly doing it out of hobby for a friend but wouldn't mind selling one or 2.

Fixed up a bit wiring.
Jb4 is loaded latest firmware.
Put 255 lpfp in as I need more parts for radium lpfp.
Ordered my parts.
Hanging for a drive so I googled removing airbag.
I failed the other day for about an hour.
I googled a bit today and found out that theres holes you cant see but can feel. 2 minutes later the airbag was out and I had mhd logging on out the driveway.

Not sure why bmw need a full day to do it. Literally took 2 minutes or less. Cant believe I wasted an hour in the other holes!

Anyway went for a spin and felt some boost. It has nothing below 3000rpm then torque starts and seats you back hard at 4000rpm.

Overall feels like 1000rpm behind rbs for torque and alot less torque under 3000rpm. My 2.7 petrol has more torque under 3000rpm.

Heres a bit of boosting. Got up around 4500rpm wot.
Felt good.

Worked on the car a bit.

Installed a new lpfp system. Radium twin hanger with a fuel reg which goes on the opposite side of the tank that the normal lpfp goes.
It was one of the easier installs ive done where everything fitted neatly except the fuel filters which I had to buy 2 special soft ones to fit in the bucket.

I was pretty confused with the instructions and what they have called left and right as I always thought the behind the driver's side pump fuel line went to the fuel rail.
If you look at the instructions you will see what I mean. After I realised the passenger side was where the feed to rail was I was all good.

I installed 2 Ti 274 pumps and still have the 255 pumping fuel into the radium bucket. Ill put another 274 pump as the 255 isnt rated for e85.

I still need to do the wiring which looks pretty simple and uses the lpfp ekp signal as a trigger. Pretty sure the will just turn on 100% only but will do until I find a better way.

Next up I will fix my exhaust which is sitting a bit low. It also has slip joints which I want gone. It was a pretty poor effort for the price paid. It had a dodgy bracket around the 2 pipes at it lowest point which had a bolt hanging 15mm or so lower. Its been bent and its just as squashed at the bends like the oem one. It is 2.5 inch and reasonably quite which I like so im just going to get a bit better ground clearance and leave the size.

Did a bit of work yesterday and today.

Removed the custom made 2.5 inch exhaust that was made from an exhaust shop. It sat to low and had one bracket and bolt that was rediculous. Highly dissapointed as I paid top dollar for it.
I re fabricated it to sit higher and remove the bad bracket.
Its a twin a 2.5 inch exhaust with twin 2.5 inch muffler with x pipe in it. Nice and quite good for 700hp.

Still working on a few things.
Made a bracket for 1 oil cooler.
Installed 2 oil coolers.
They are both pwr 280x280 oil coolers.

I had 1 installed in the wheel arch already but added the 2nd oil cooler today.

They are both for the transmission.
1 in the wheel arch has a fan mount.
The 1 in front of intercooler doesnt have a fan.

I still need a temperature sensor to see what temperature the transmission gets up to. If I need a fan Ill put one on in the wheel arch.
