If you want to be a beta tester for the N55 kit send me an email at [email protected]. Just moved into a new shop so we've been focusing on shipping N54 orders.
Yes please! I sent you an e mail a couple days ago!

For sure, there have been lots of disruptors for businesses lately. I appreciate the reply as now I can expect at least 9 weeks for my order placed around a similar time as you. Unfortunately it looks like they won't be here for the break-in of my new motor.Im sure they are working hard behind the scenes to get the backlog of orders shipped but would be great to at least have some update of expected shipping dates etc to plan ahead.
Hey thanks for tagging me @Jamesbuk I didn't get an email notification for the other posts. Order 174 will be shipping today. We moved into a new home and shop at the same time (maybe I'm a masochistic haha) but we're mostly settled in and set back up now. The largest challenge we're having right now is getting the wiring harnesses made in a timely manner. The company we are using for harness assembly is also seeing very high demand that is slowing production. We've been working on engaging additional vendors for harness assembly but we've been shocked that many company's are not even quoting the job as demand is high. With this in mind we're looking at bringing harness assembly in-house but I don't have a specific date that will occur. Our current harness assembler is sending us batches weekly and as those come in we are shipping out kits. Normally a business wouldn't share the above information with the general public but I felt it was important to be transparent on the state of manufacturing before some rumors start to spread.I placed an order for two kits in black anodised finish (order ref: 174) back in March 23rd - i dropped Austin / Nexsys an email on April 5th as I had not received an update regarding delivery dates and got a response back that very same day explaining the issues with delays to material supplies etc and that my order would ship w/c April 19th. My order did not ship w/c 19th and have sent several emails since then looking for an update.
I note from one of the reply's above that Nexsys have recently relocated/moved premises so perhaps that explains the communication delay.

@bahn
Shoot me an email with your address and I'll send you an N55 prototype kit next week when we receive another batch of harnesses.Got one e mail from him since but nothing definite to get this going.........I'm begging to feel my spider senses tingle.
While we havent tested, it does look like it will fit. If you order one and run into clearance issues we will refund you and/or make adjustments as needed for good fitment.I assume the stock version will fit Performance Boutique valve cover?

Ran mine maybe 1000 miles so far, a few race days. No issues to report on 95706 plugs 0.022 gap.Just checking in to see how these kits are running with the stock B58 plugs and gaps. I haven’t been able to road test mine yet since Apex has crap inventory management and my wheels won’t be here until mid July.
Thanks but I'm more interested in how the 92401 plugs are running at the stock gap of 0.029"Ran mine maybe 1000 miles so far, a few race days. No issues to report on 95706 plugs 0.022 gap.
Pretty sure anyone on these forums is pushing more then stock boost and hence would need a tighter gap.Thanks but I'm more interested in how the 92401 plugs are running at the stock gap of 0.029"
I agree but the entire supposed purpose of this upgrade was to be able to run larger gaps at higher boost due to hotter coils, correct? If not, then there's no point in doing this upgrade over any of the other ones. Hell, I ran 0.020" on stock N54 Eldor coils with e40 and 100% port meth at 26psi for years with no issues.Pretty sure anyone on these forums is pushing more then stock boost and hence would need a tighter gap.

You might be able to open up to 0.025? Ive tried 0.028 and had breakup at high revs on my hydra setup. Went back to 0.022 and haven't tried opening up again. This is with PR coils of course, but I doubt it would be any different with the B58s, theyre just more convenient to work on and would be easier to really dial in ideal plug gap. Absolute nightmare with the PR bracket/wires.
