General question, what causes a spark plug tip to break off and fall into the cylinder, I’ve heard many different things from knock to loose spark plugs.

Bouncing of the limiter when doing drifts and burnouts, misfires, basically and bad or interrupted combustion cycle.

That run was 29 psi and 8*'s of timing. Although since then i have been repeated 5.83's on the same tune

Nice run! Sorry if this is a dumb question, but can you tell the head is lifting while its happening, or is that something you see clues of afterwards?

It misfired during the pull and it spitten some coolant out the reservoir as well. Ive added a coolant pressure sensor now thanks to Reflex. This indicates head lift immediately.
