What heat shielding material did you use?
I ONLY do this "Tape" on the backside of my headshiled . Not on manifold or exhaust housing@Lifestyler that link goes to a product where it is supposed to be adhered to non-heat source components to protect from radiant heat sources like a turbo or manifold. It specifically states that the product is to reflect radiant heat and the adhesive will let go if it hits 230°C. If you adhered that product directly to the manifold or turbo the adhesive isn't going to live very long.
Designed for up to 950°C radiant heat. The adhesive on the back can withstand up to 230°C.
Hahaha, ok. But what did you put on your manifold and turbine housing?
Tears of the sun
We called it thermoisolierung .Check the Link >

Better u not know what the Cost is of my manifold and exhaust housing...Stunning work...would you mind sharing the cost for something like a turbo manifold or a turbine housing?
Hey Guys.
Thx for the positive Response Here.
I try to keep this thread updated .
And thx again Tyler for make this thread for me.
