N54 stage 3 overboosting

Hello, I see my car quickly and the problem. (please excuse my spelling I am French and very bad at English)

335i e92 stage 3 hybrides turbos, inlets, outlet and lot of mods

Im in the process of making my custom mapping with wedge, but I have an overboosting problem.

my vacuum lines are new.
my solenoids are new
and nothing blocks the WG actuators....
they move freely and the VBands do not block.


do you have an idea?

Could you add the final wastegate position to the logs?

What does Ken have as a suggestion? It looks like you are on v11 already so I assume it's not simply a case of lowering the wastegate base tables otherwise I'm sure he would have done that.

I just spent the day there....

Ken says there is a problem with Westgate and he is trying to work around it.

I think I found the problem: one westgate closes completely 2.5inhg less than the other...
I spent the day to sort this out.
have it now if it works. I will come back

Adjusting the wg actuator rod fixed the problem. To summarize, check your actuator adjustment with a vacuum
Pump before installation...
