I went through all my old files and pictures and found the pic from over 2 years ago when I first coded the injectors. I was so happy I couldn't believe it was all there for me. I swapped them all to their original cylinders. So far so good and the logs are super clean. Hopefully we can dyno tomorrow? @Terry@BMS
I am surprised by this, I have ran events with uncoded injectors, with no issues.

Can't wait to see some numbers! Which turbo?

I found a pic of @Payam@BMS unboxing his turbo:

If it's something you guys are interested in, MHD can allow injector coding. It can even be set right in the tune itself :)

I was going to email MHD and ask if he can add that. I know sticky is doing that for his BB app. Its weird how I can flash the car, but any obd2 reader will not connect or recognize.

Bro, don't promise them that. You know you are going to be hounded now endlessly to get it done.

I think it's because you were originally i8a0s and changed to an ije0s DME. The gateway somehow doesn't know about the change and is trying to communicate via KLINE for OBDII but the DME won't accept it.

Haha true true. Whoops.

If that's the case, you can swap in a gateway from an IJ, IK, or IN car and it should work. Or, take the DME out of the car and hookup directly to the pins bypassing the gateway to do the coding.

A new BCM or maybe reprogramming it would probably fix the issue. KLINE at the OBDII is a headache. The first virtual flex fuel sensor algorithm we used had some generic OBDII commands and they would randomly not work on some 2007 models. Such a PITA. I think the OBDII tool he is using is setup to run through the gateway so probably would not be easy to bypass it.

It used to work before my engine blew. EAS coded the DME to the car, then I got the injectors coded. After that I have no idea what happened.
