Ohhh man.... its nice to see you guys still interested.... On the down low, i ordered some parts for a serious engine build from someone that was being super helpful. Someone with a successful recepie for a true and tested 1000whp n54. At the time of the last video i was all in on trying to make a big boy motor. However the really helpful dude (who i still really appreciate, he gave me some great info on a dicected block and the n54 weak points) was on holiday, and i didnt feel like continually chasing him was very nice of me, i felt like i was annoying him. But this ofcourse took 2-3 months to go down. At that point i thought bugger it, im just going to put the stock motor in. The last month, when i can, ive been prepping the engine, DI delete, walnut blast, all gaskets, removed a lot of the factory harness, added sensors for oil pressure, emap and coolant pressure. The new engine is 6 bolt, so i have ordered a M4 flywheel for the DCT instead of the solid m factory i had before. The car will be maxxecu and i am super excited about the can integration with that ecu and working out how to make it work. Its happening, just taking much longer than i would like. Work is my priority at the moment, my toys come second unforutnately. I want to really document the maxxecu install and setup, which no one has done yet. Well i bet a lot of the maxxecu n54 cars are not using all of the available functionality.
