Im in the middle of working right now but tonight I will come in here and post a novel with every single detail throughout the entire process of dealing with RuskiRacer, Isaiah Bonin and his unofficial business "JamFactoryUSA" I have known this is coming because Ive been receiving legal threats, threats to my life "if I was in Minnesota" among many other things despite trying to resolve it peacefully like professional adults. Isaiah has no legs to stand on and hes not getting titanium ones from the space program like LT. Dan.
Furthermore the customer that purchased the kit and Isaiah were told upfront that they would be the very first 535xi kit and there could be unknowns that pop up. Nobody paid $2500 for an "early test kit" and I worked with them throughout the entire process. I am still working with the owner of the vehicle to rectify the entire situation daily. Rest assured the customer is not happy with how the situation has been handled but has been extremely understanding and appreciative of the help I have provided.
Regardless of the kit fitment issues they faced Isaiah and his helper felt the need to use a regular jack to install the transmission ~3 times. While they were playing the balancing game with a 200lb transmission they dropped it, cracked the bell-housing radially, "repaired" it with JB-Weld and then didnt tell the customer or myself about it. The transmission started making odd noises which have progressively become worse and is now being replaced. Isaiah refused to take any responsibility for his actions, so his Mother paid for a new/used transmission for the customer.
One unprofessional person who seems incapable of using paragraphs or conducting themselves like a rational adult doesnt worry me about the future of my business. I stand behind my product, my business and my word... we have had 100% positive feedback and happy installers/customers except this clown.
There have been 0 fitment issues with any other kits for E8x 135i & E9x 335i/335xi. We rectified the fitment issues learned from this initial 535xi test kit installation immediately and have 2 other happy 535xi customers on the road.
For anyone reading this thread, or those that have already replied/commented I urge you to wait until you have all the facts before you start aligning yourself with Isaiah and throwing me under the bus. I believe in being 100% transparent about the situation which you will see soon.
