Anyone have a billet vaccum plate for sale?

They are in stock now, I just got mine yesterday. I went to install it and found my housing cracked, who knows how long its been that way:

Keep in mind the bolts for the housing, the pump and the bracket are all extended.

Is it happend with reinforcement bracket ?
No. I found it like this but it could have happened years ago for all I know, there were no signs and I did not have a bracket or housing when I found this.

I have a feeling the chattering is what is causing this to occur, the chatter fix and bracket combined with the housing fix that issue.

I hope to drive my car next week

well . I installed yesterday. But I did not find any changes in pressure. I understand it is necessary to edit the flash to take effect ?

Correct, you must have the correct table changes, if you check the sticky on this forum or use the search for the "vcv tables"

I know that my man,
I'm simply asking where it's leaking from since you can see he has a billet vac plate. Mine is running great atm.

Yeah if it's oil it's usually from the vacuum plate being cracked and I've seen fuel leaks come from the lpfp sensor

The oil from mine is pooling up underneath the entire length of the assembly. I'm aware the engine is canted a bit so I'm sure the oil is getting by the oring that's in the vacuum housing itself and running downhill. Mind you, my engine is/was spotless so it's very easy to detect oil leaks. However, this is my first real leak and I'm not real happy about it. So much so, I'm tempted to thrown this MFer in the garbage. My car was just fine without it.

Ahh, well that's sort of a relief in terms of how severe the issue is if that's the case. I used a dab of DOW55 on the ring and let it sit. DOW55's main purpose is to swell up orings after installing poppet valve style pneumatic stuff. It works very well.

Awesome. Can you elaborate a bit more on exactly how you did that? Did you coat the oring in that grease and let it sit before installing?

Sure can,
Go to any paintball store and ask for DOW55, they'll hand it right over. I use my fingers and apply just enough to make the oring shiny, and then a tad bit more so. Dont use q-tips because it could leave small strands of cotton between the oring and the mating surface. We aren't trying to use the dow to create a seal, just enough to absorb and swell it.
