In narrowing down the ~600whp turbos is there a clear winner between the Gen2 3076/3576 or Gen2 5862?

I cross shopped between these exact same turbos. I ended up selecting the 3076 with the t4 1.06 housing. To note: the GTX are water cooled and do not have a boost reference on the compressor housing while the PTE is only oil cooled and does have a boost source on the compressor housing.

I'm on the same boat between a gtx3076r gen 2 or a 6062 both with a 1.0 ar.

I havent seen a dyno graph of a gtx3076r in the 600's most mid to low 500's on 4 cylinder cars.

The 4 cylinders are running smaller A/R's so they will have less flow up top in combination with the smaller engine would net smaller results. The 3076r with the T4 1.06 is rated to 750hp.

Good discussion! I appreciate the input, and I'm glad I'm not the only one having a hard time with the decision. I've mostly been set on the 5862 but had considered the GTX variants as I've always preferred a water cooled center section. I did notice the GTX kits have increased in price since the initial standard pricing sheet where the 3076 was about the same price and the 3576 was $1-200 more. Now they show to each be ~$2-300 more which is harder to justify for what probably equates to a very similar output.

FWIW, I'm now running a Gen2 GTX3576r .92AR on my MOTIV manifold. It's fully spooled up at 3,400 rpm and, at 22 psi on 93 octane pump gas, I'm seeing 512 whp/495 ft-lbs on a Dynojet.

From what I recall, a 3076 and 3576 actually spool the same, so the question for most will be 3071 Vs 3576.

Do you guys think the GTX3584RS will be worthwhile on a 93oct daily driver with a tank here or there on e85 for racing or better off just going with the typical GTW3884/PTE6466 build?
