I think it will be a matter of opinion as opposed to functionality. We are trying to accommodate as many features as possible into our VC. To be able to accept upgraded coils, while still maintaining a great appearance.
Not to mention my aftermarket PD ignition...can't sacrifice performance for beauty.
We've been super busy this month, getting ready to move into a newer space to offer our customers a better experience. The work on the valve cover hasn't stopped. Were in the final stages, should have some pictures and a price for you guys very soon.
I'm guessing you meant Precision Raceworks ignition? Regardless, I messaged them when this was announced & at the time PB intended to keep the bosses that PR coil bracket bolts to. If that's the case you could just leave the cover off or trim it to fit & just bolt the intake side half back down.
I'm curious to see fitment as well...
even some measurements would be great (compared to where the OEM coils sit). With the height of the fuel lines to the injectors the covers will sit fairly high up. We don't plan on running those coils on our big single E92.
If someone wants to send us their PR coil kit for test fitment, you're more than welcome
