Didn't M18? And twisted, though it sounded like he was more focused on the later n55s now. I thought you had one too, but I wasn't sure if that was related to what M18 had teased. And I'm not aware of XDI selling their n54/early n55 pump yet. Link?

Don't include me! I'm just a dude with a car. Not a vendor teasing product releases 😋

I bet M18 is still working on a real product.

hpfpupgrade.com, all the dual hpfp projects, xdi's n54 hpfp. lots of announced stuff that has never materialized.

I'd add spool's public tables and billet vacuum pump casing to that list:innocent:

and of course in N55 world, VTT's kit, pure stage 3, mhd's e-series ff.

lol I've come across that hpfupgrade.com guy in the Kia marketplace, Tork Motorsports, John Bushbaum. He apparently has quite the reputation in that market too.

XDI made a comment on their Facebook page a week ago on their N55 post that they have been "durability testing" for the N54. How active that project is who knows.

I don't know if it was teased in pics, but it was mentioned at least once and then nada - VTT Ball bearing CHRA GCs

And just cause I got Jokes - MMP announced some MMP 1Ks that have yet to be released :p
Wish forum member would rock stage 3s from vtt cause that is the only real stage 3. If I was competitive I would definitely have me some gtx love
I genuinely think the 1Ks would be able to make some excellently high power with the right build (which is why I'm now considering ported head + cams again now that Cat Cams released their cams [@doublespaces ;)] and they have better looking numbers than the Schrick cams), but aside from that they actually offer a PnP DBB GTX3076(iirc,) CHRA upgrade for the 1K turbine housings which surely could make a thousand HP. This is where I dont like the whole "stage x" or "hybrid turbo" turn of phrase - to me, a completely new larger turbine housing along with rotating assembly would qualify as both stage 3 (1 being wheel replacement, 2 being porting + wheel replacement) and not a hybrid (nothing is left from the original turbos aside from the connection style on the GCs, 1Ks, "GFs", and also N53-head Hydra turbos iirc) but hey, who am I?

Totally agree about the VTT stage 3 with legit Garrett's is an awesome kit though and I would love to have one.
We didn't get much interest in a single for the N54's. Could still do.
You should still do. when I was looking to replace my turbos I was set on either the biggest twins I could get or a bottom mount, and of all the bottom mounts available or at least announced at the time, the IWG bottom mount from you guys excited me the most. A cast log-style manifold that would allow DME control sounds like a solid and reliable product that is surprisingly missing from the market.

Whatever, just wait until I install my CPE twin turbo kit. Been on order since 2009. :)
Yeah man it would have been cool to have that… wonder what ever happened to it anyhow weird. :)

Arrrrrgggghhhhhh

Curse you people, making me remember the years I had a CPE Standback (mazdaspeed variety) acting as a doorstop for my office door.....

If I only had a boat I would have used it there...

You got any e85 dynojet charts and logs to share?

Your kit just like the VTT and VIE twins never seem to have amounted to anything. Lots of forum talk, a few pictures, but nothing substantial. Which is a shame. I guess it does make sense given the cost and complexity vs a single you can see why 'true' twins never panned out. Especially if the twins cost more than the most expensive single kit by a few thousand.

Yeah I shot Tyler Lee a text with some data I unfortunately just moved from Maryland to bluffton SC and where I’m at the closest e85 station is about 45 minutes away but I am going to get some here soon I actually messaged a couple companies today about getting on their dynos for the data for everyone (literally today) Demon Performance is right up the road but they only have a hub dyno without adapters for anything but MOPAR/US spec stuff so it’s looking like Savannah will be closest for dyno. SO with that I made 600hp easily with port fueling turned off and an OTS (not preferred lol) map just to make sure everything was running well after the turbo transplant. Currently working with Ken to finalize the pump gas revisions and we move to e85 after that but everything is working quite flawlessly (finally). If you must know a lot of personal stuff out it on the back burner then some issues which we can talk about in a DM if you wanted to know and on top of that the main guy who worked on this kit no longer works for cpe so he was helping me finish it in my uncles shop in Maryland balancing work and what not. Not preferred but Rob Young came through with some new phenomenal turbos for the kit and we made some modifications and some new parts annnnnnd she’s finally coming to a dyno near you lol. Should easily grab a top ten spot for 335i records in the books. Just glad to have my car back and running for now lol

A mazdaspeed version.... great for a moment...
Then Cobb's AP arrived for the MS6/3 folks, and their (at that time) tuning software, and totally took over the ms6/ms3 tuning arena

Massive game changer and the MS SB became a boat anchor unfortunately. Pretty sure that CPE had move on to greener pastures :)

Sorry, I'll stop dragging this off into old timey stuff that's off topic anyway
