I'm sorry to hear that, but also happy I'm not the only one with this issue. Motiv wanted me to ship the box back for troubleshooting. They wouldn't ship me a new box to try in the meantime:
"It will need to be turned in before a new one is sent. Its possible it could just need to be software updated if its corrupt or something else that we need to troubleshoot and figure out regardless if a new replacement box is issued or not."
They said they never have seen this issue before lol. I shipped the box back yesterday so I'll keep you updated. I would shoot them an email so they know its more common than just me. I had a feeling I would have issues before I bought it. Maybe another "bad batch"
