I found anything over 20 psi is pointless on stokers, max fan mode helped controlling that.

Let's hope they get it done, I don't expect it for free and I'm willing to pay for it.
Yeah, some people push too much. A guy on stockers took his car to the track. I remember him posting that around 24 psi vs 21psi , the car ran faster (trap), and quicker (e.t.) at 21 psi and posted time slips and dragy as well. Was very infomative over on N54 site.

Yeah some people don't understand how turbo efficiency works, 20 psi is the absolute max you should run on stockers for longevity purposes.

You will make a tiny tiny bit more power up to 22psi but they won't last long.

What I use to do is run them to 22psi on spool and taper them down to 20 up top

They lasted for ever on my 135 and are still going on the current owners car.

Quote MHD tuning on another site ...

“While most of us are stuck at home, we thought it would be a good time to unlock standing burble for N54 - enjoy

♦ MHD Flasher N54 v1.92 ♦
✓ Added standingstill burble (just reflash your map with burble active). Standstill duration is 1.6s, independent of the comfort/sport durations while moving.
✓ Fixed performance/track coolant target under 27c/80f ambient.
✓ User manual update.”

Still patiently waiting for IOS
Read on another site that its softer now. Theres complaints that the new update doesnt sound like gunshots , lol

you need a bigger ic because your iats are hampering you, wgdc is a little high, stft's are basically maxed out.

Time for a custom tune.

I'm thinking the same thing. Shopping for a IC now ..trying to stay away from certain Vxxx brands however they seem popular. My fueling pressures seem ok to my eye. Wonder what's driving the STFT so high.
Is this a sign that I'm also needing a fueling upgrade ?

Your full pressures are fine you just need a good tuner to customise and tailor the tune to your cars needs

It's really not one suits all

@jyamona will gladly pitch money to make a max fan speed on a switch happen, desperately need this for staging lanes idling at the track.

I can be out in 45 degree temps and still see 130+ intake temps pulling up to the line because I cant run my ac so i dont drop water and the fan refuses to kick on before 226 degrees sitting idle, meanwhile my intake temps are skyrocketing.

So instead of taking advantage of great air, I am pulling power and making a mediocre pass.

If we can implement this max fan mode option toggled on a steering wheel button or like under 30mph with the dsc fully disabled. Anything, be really grateful.

Thank you for looking into this. Its like the one big thing pushing me to stack a jb4.

It would work great in combination with external high pressure FMIC water spray as well to pull the mist through. Besides the drag strip, it might be useful for skid pads and autocross events as mentioned as well.

while a great idea for street use, cannot use a water spray in most of the situations or at least heavily frowned upon, youll drip or drop water at the starting line and ive been nearly kicked out before for running ac in the staging lanes and dropping water pulling up

I was contemplating running a co2 plate setup but the 1/2 mile event I was planning on running this year doesn't allow it.

The fan switch is the way to go

Do they allow nitrous? A basic purge kit ran to a intercooler spray bar is all you need, under $300 plus bottle fill.

Definitely still want the fan switch, but I plan on doing this anyway.

Nitrous oxide is allowed on drag racing vehicles in Australia but is illegal for road registered vehicles. Below is a question out of the Transport and Mains Road website in Queensland, Australia.

"I want to fit Nitrous Oxide to my vehicle. Can I do this? If not, can I just simply remove the bottle and leave the lines in and fit the bottle as needed?
The fitting of nitrous oxide injection systems is not permitted under any circumstances. This includes a partial installation or a removable nitrous oxide system fitted to a vehicle."
