Yeah I had all of the above done. My buddy picked up an mhd flasher so i might snatch it off of him.The orange MHD adapter is much better suited, we had some firmware tweaks done to it. For longer writes you should have a quality battery charger hooked up. And on your phone, airplane mode and Bluetooth off, with just wifi on.
I flashed a DME over 100 times during development of all this and had no issues.
It wont erase, it immediately fails.Failed write can always be recovered with MHD.
