I wonder if there would be enough room to use a 90* swivel, like this https://www.summitracing.com/parts/vpe-11351/overview/
Should allow room to thread in the NPT without having to worry about AN adapter contacting housing. Just not sure about the full height of the fitting VS bottom of filter.

I think that should fit fine. Its hard to say though. Even with the banjo its pretty close. I think it should just barely fit though. I went with this since I already had everything laying around the shop and I’m using the same fitting on the BOV and it works great.

I test fit the straight fitting again and then compared a T fitting height to it; I think it'll clear. I'll give that a shot and order banjo if not. Thanks again.

As Steven said, the 90 won't work. You can't thread it in without it hitting the compressor cover. A straight through won't allow the filter to fit.

I'll have pictures soon, but you can make it work with a 45 degree fitting. It provides enough clearance to not get caught on the compressor cover, and when angled correctly, allows a hard wastegate line to be ran underneath the indention of the filter while still allowing it to fully seat.

I haven't. I honestly haven't even heard of those swivel fittings right now. Those would not only fit, but would be the best solution to this problem.

Besides the banjo fitting that Steven used. That's probably the lowest profile option available.

If the swivel 90 works, it'll be the easiest solution without having tap the housing. I'll order one and post pictures when I receive it next week.

I got lengthened studs through BMP. But after installing the BKC manifold with the spacer it looks like they won’t be necessary. I still have around 15-20mm of thread sticking out using the OEM studs. The BKC can be used as well just fine, but they aren’t required with this combination.

Im guess the BKC manifold flange is probably a little thinner then the OEM plastic one?
