Just got the subframe in and checked clearances. This thing looks perfect!!
Thanks man. The manifold has been in and out of the car probably around 20 times now to check clearances. Hopefully this is the final time I’m gonna have to pull it before its running. I’m going to run the drain and feed towards the front of the car away from the manifold and wrap the ends closet to the hot parts with fire sleeve.Impressive progress in a short amount of time. Must have felt very good to see everything clear the subframe with room to spare. Seems to have much better fitment than a lot of the kits shops charge money for. Looking forward to seeing more. Any updates on the oil drain?
Dude you don’t know how pissed off my wife has been. I probably would have been done a while ago if I didn’t do my best to spend some time with her. She has been great about it.I don't know what's more impressive, the fab work, or how you found time away from your significant other to complete this!
All the better to get shit out of my turbo with! LolMy my. What a long down pipe you have. Lol
DO NOT put shit in your turbo, I repeat.... DO NOT PUT SHIT IN YOUR TURBO!!!All the better to get shit out of my turbo with! Lol

A 90* 1/8 NPT to 4AN adapter wont have the clearance to thread into the hole. The angled bit will hit the compressor when trying to. Thats why I used the banjo. Very simple and effective.Great progress!
Why a banjo and not a 90° fitting on the compressor housing? I just received my kit with same turbo; realized the straight NPT to -4AN adapter I purchased isnt going to work with the filter on. Planned to order a 90° until I saw your setup.
