Ah I gotcha, I misunderstood you so that's my bad. One thing to factor in is a lot of people have different opinions on what DD-able is - to some running the exhaust flap open is too much "drone" to daily, to some NVH from stiffer mounts or bushings is too much, to some having to change spark plugs every 3k miles is just fine. I know you're primarily talking about the engine running smoothly in day-to-day traffic when you mean driveable, but someone like me who threw a 4.11 FDR and 3" straight pipes after longtube headers on an LS3 and replaced the suspension bushings with stiffer poly... I wouldn't particularly mind some minor gremlins if it meant I got to smoke out a block with rubber on my way home from the grocery store if I had street tires on.Filled water jacket was an extreme nitrous build , was dual stage wet but car couldnt be driven around my point was just cause reliable doesnt mean dd capable that why i was asking Andy's opinion on how far could go before serious compromise.
Different strokes for different folks and overall I agree 1-1200whp probably wouldn't be daily-able for most people. But some of us are disinclined to comfort and ease
