xHP DCT Flashing

Definitely DCT as I used the look up to get there. Also the version numbers match as it's a new options it's V0.9 etc

I'm not trying to sign anyone up for more work, but Olza did reach out the other day looking for someone in the closed beta who could test some things. I've granted the two of you access but don't want to flood the thread with requests for testing as a person or two should be sufficient, if its even necessary anymore.
Just moved some shift points in Sport and it's pretty fun. I think I got a little aggressive with it but I can see where this will be a benefit to a lot.
What exactly are you guys looking for in Stage 4? IIRC, stage 4 is the adjustable one, but I think those sliders are in the Stage 3 this time.

Oh to anyone interested a guy I met on Facebook who has done the M3GTS conversion messaged me and he bought xHP and it let him flash but then it showed the stock ZB instead so he has to flash back for the GWS to work. The initial attempt with xHP saved his GTS flash, but wouldn't let him reload it. So he was gonna try running it as a custom flash, or he has to re set up his laptop and use WinKFP.

Sounds like they may have some M stuff in the works down the line. And though it may seem awful spendy I agree with @doublespaces that the R&D they put in alone makes it worth it. I definitely couldn't figure that all out on my own and I'm pretty savvy with a lot of things.
There is some check disable in options that I saw, but it has car/VIN info and maybe pulling ZB history to flash? Very curious if the custom flash allows it or if checks do anything except warn for wild values.
Saw this on their FAQ. Certainly not the same as say AT to DCT swap, but sounds like it's matched to the OE config and doesn't allow anything else. If that's the case, would see the car isn't an M even if you bought the M version XHP for the MDCT and might fail? Not sounding too good for swaps unless there's a way to disable or workaround whatever their matching does/reads. Maybe they can change the license to match the tranny/ZB installed regardless of car? But would they?

A: No, xHP does not support any “mules”. We only support transmission & vehicle combinations, which have existed from factory. You can swap your transmission, but make sure it is the correct type for your car. Eventually you need to contact us afterwards to re-new your License.

The Stages are OTS Maps as on MHD. Under Flash Settings you have a few options for configuring the map you are going to flash just like with MHD.
So I. mHD stock options there’s a flash back to stock and flash back to 0. By doing a read stock and then substituting the stock file with a different one you can flash custom

It fails when trying to do custom when preparing the flash, using stock map reverts to the OEM map. It still pulls the stock map even though when it first connects it shows the HW as being the GTS Zb.
Does it back up your current flash?
I have a euro 335i with the 335is trans software, will it back up that software or is the default stock map they have from a 335i?
