Ceramic can hold more power but is not as forgiving at engagement.
I know the ceramic does not come with a sprung disc, but honestly it hasnt been an issue (I have one, I was worried about it too but found it really isnt needed).
I believe, and correct me if I'm wrong, the organic one does not come with a sprung disc either.

Shipping is going to be in the $100-125 range from what I can tell but could vary, shouldn't be that bad though.
I personally want to finalize this Group buy by December 15th but Xclutch did not give us a deadline. The Ceramic clutch is going to be a stronger version of the organic clutch, the organic clutch is the most user friendly and the ceramic's purpose is to hold power, and launching.
