@AUbeast86 ~ I finally finished my updates of new VTT VC cover, plug kit, VTT Dual OCC and new charge pipe, to provide a little comparison between a twin and single setup. I'm waiting on a few VTT low orb fittings to replace the steel units in place and maybe some minor adjustments to the OCC hoses. WIll update once new orb fittings are in place.

Great job man. I'm actually in the process of adding a low side OCC now. I'm wondering if I'll get the throttle valve angle to intake vacuum correlation error by using the engine to pull on the VC.

Update: I wanted to go back to the OEM style external configuration so I installed a low side OCC with check valve in line, plumbed into the intake manifold and a high side OCC with the flapper valve in line, plumbed into the turbo intake pipe. As expected, I'm now getting a "2D2E DME: Throttle-valve angle-intake-manifold vacuum, correlation" code. Any idea how to correct this? The engine idles fine and the AFRs are right at 14.7 but I'd like to eliminate that code if possible.

I figured out the issue. I had to put the OEM style pcv in line on the low side however it’s just functioning as a flow meter instead of a metered check valve since I already have a check valve in between the intake manifold and OCC.

So, the low side now has the Toyota valve in between the valve cover and the OCC and a check valve in between the OCC and intake manifold.

The high side has an OCC in-line then the stock flapper valve after the OCC and plumbed into the turbo inlet tube.

No more codes.

If you have the PCV in there, do you need a check valve from the can to intake manifold? I didn't think you would.

Because he has the pcv pre occ the im would pressurize the can without the one way valve. If he moved the pcv to the im side of the occ he could drop to one valve.

Thanks for the input.

Currently setting up a can with a Radium PCV valve on the outlet.

I saw this posted on Facebook today. It's close but still not quite, needs a mold or curvature.

I've got a 3d scan coming still. Once we have that we could do a couple different things.

I think this is why it was state earlier it was not possible, but it's clear a flat piece won't match a curved area so that's why we need a mold or CNC part or even 3d printed piece for a plug

What about heat applied and wrapped around something like a Home Depot bucket? Seems like the most minor of curves would achieve a good result.

[EDIT] Not carbon fiber, of course...

I certainly wouldn't kick the flat piece out of my garage either though. :D

That's horrible. No one cares to simply clean up the harness so you don't need to cover everything ?

You mean hide the harness. And no, go look at other after market valve covers, they come with coil covers for the most part(2jz, rb26 etc). Screwing around with those wires meanwhile plastic connectors are breaking, no thanks. The barf colored wires are an awful touch also.

I already worked on mine to 1st off protect it from the heat from the top mount and to make it look cleaner - as invisible as possible with everything re-wrapped. I have since then switched to the R8 coilpacks so I need to re-work the harness again. Once I'm done I will show you what I mean. It will look super clean.

I look forward to seeing it. I think aubeast has a really clean wiring setup.
