I'm actually at 625hp running straight E85 on a single walbro 450, i don't know which one but not 295.
It's hard to believe that you would have LPFP issues at 450whp on 93, are you sure your problem isnt elsewhere and the 295 pump just masked it ?
I would like to see your logs. You should be running out of fuel with a single on full E.

i wish the problem was elsewhere and thats what everyone i talked with said which led me to replace pretty much all the fueling components in my car twice
267 and 274 walbro pumps, two sets of new index 12 injectors, two hpfp, two stock fuel regulator assembly, low and high pressure fuel sensor, used + new ekpm3
in fact i even bought a helix just to see if the issue would go away

the only thing i havent done is upgrade the fuel feed line from regulator to the hard line with the low pressure sensor

Well, thats very weird... Back in the days i was well above 400whp on E30ish mix with a inline walbro. Good old JB4 days.

Humm, I might have to remove my 450. I have a 535 as primary. Unfortunately my car is Winterized and won't come out until Spring.

Yes i'm bucketless, but even a bucketed setup should be more than enough for 450whp on 93.I have no idea why yours was running out of steam so soon.
My bucketless setup is showing its limit in summer when E content is at its highest, i'm gonna switch to a 295.

My 450lph took a dive on e40 starting at 600hp, the 295 is rock solid at anything I threw at it.

I was never able to find out what the limit of the 295 as it stayed over 72psi at all times even on straight e85.

Do you have port injection or some other high pressure fueling supplemental system in use with the 295?

I am starting to think I can take the Walbro 450 out of my system since I am running the 295 too. Might make things a bit easier to work on as well.

your guess is as good as mine...it could be my PR DIY Stage 2 setup causing issues
oh well it doesnt hurt to have more fueling anyways

I was using the new Di solution from PFS that's due to market on e40, I would think it may run out of puff closer to 750hp
but I was bucket less with a custom hydramat setup.

A 295 and the new DI solution is a formidable combo. We will be releasing info on this soon.

I may have already said this, but for those that like buckets vs. bucketless (with or without hydramat), a 295 in a bucket with proper venturi flows almost exactly the same as a 274 bucketless.

How much power will your new DI solution support on E85 ?
