I ordered and paid on this past Monday. As most are aware, turbo's are only ordered once full payment is made. The turbo is shipped to them and they send the entire kit at one time. I expect my kit should arrive by the end of next week or the middle of the following. Jeff has been very responsive to emails and provided me with the following information when I asked what else would be required to install.

Jeff's response:
As far as other items you may need for your install, here are some shop supplies you might not have:
- Permatex Ultra Copper (turbo flange sealant)
- Exhaust Gaskets - donuts at the exhaust ports, and from downpipe to catback exhaust. We usually re-use donuts if they don't tear, but they are cheap so it's good insurance to have some on hand.
- Vacuum hose, boost controller (Boostbox, JB4, etc). We sell silicone hose (4,6,9mm ID) on our site here if you need any:
https://www.speedtech.com/bmw-n54-1/
On the above page, we also sell coolant tank relocation kits, PCV hose, etc. So if you need any of those, we have all of those in stock now also.

So far my dealings with Speedtech (Jeff) have been very good. I expect that to continue and am very excited to receive my kit. My car is already fully torn down and waiting for this kit to breath new life into her. Will post more information as I work through the install.

I had the exact same experience with Jeff @ speedtech as Njrep335i describes. Jeff was great help. I even switched turbos at the last minute and Jeff was flexible and worked with me through the whole process. Decided on the GTX 3076r T4 1.06a/r. Can't wait for this kit to arrive!

6266 Gen2 .084 AR T4. Looking to get about 500-550 with 93/meth for now. Plan to install PI later on and go full E85/Meth for 650-700. I went with the smallest AR to hopefully improve spool because I enjoy the low-end kick of these cars. I know people will say should've went with upgraded twins but my car is already set up for a single turbo since I had previously built my own twin top/bottom mount kit.
