Ok guys, we are ready to get the ball rolling on orders for the group buy part 2. The price will be 540.00 shipped to your door. I am trying to communicate with the Factory to get a time frame for the manifolds this time. As soon as I here something I will post back.

Once time frame is setteled in, I would need you to Pm me an email to send you a paypal request for payment.

Very nice manifold for the price guys.. I think it's the best alternative for a PI build.

I'm in as well but I want mine in polished aluminum not black or powdercoated. I'm going for looks vs function

I was a bit turned off that these don't use factory intake gaskets. Presumably if it is a custom item, they could make it take any gaskets they wanted.

Have they been asked about making changes so they can use factory gaskets, and they can't do it for some reason, or they haven't been asked?

Also curious about how difficult it would be for them to change the CAD file on the flange for OEM gaskets. Getting a phenolic spacer would for sure prevent any gasket melting or leaks but the accessibility to replacement gaskets would be nice.

im pretty sure the spacer from twisted tuning and mike speed would work

It should work no problem. I believe EOS has one too. Not really worried as much about sealing as having to source a new gasket if one of them breaks or gets lost. I know tony said he found some o rings that will fit but I’m not sure why every manufacturer doesn’t just cut the flange to fit the stock gaskets.

Stock IM gaskets have melted on some of the OG PI Spacers. Its really interesting to see. But the new gaskets are a NRW item we sourced and produced for these which are actually extremely robust. I have not seen a set melt or have any issue thus far with the dozen or so people who i helped on the install. Also the heat aspect isnt much over the OEM plastic. Heat is energy which transfers through the manifold rather quickly. I believe VTT tested them back to back and it was maybe 7* over the usual plastic. But its been awhile.

I am only chiming in to prevent added complexity which would add to time delays and restart the whole "does it fit" enigma i suffered through for about 3 months. Its a tight fit in many aspects.

Thanks for the feedback Steven. Good to know. So you are saying that the gaskets that are included from Roger are the ones you have sourced? The only reason I ask is in case for some reason in the future they are unavailable from you or the manufacturer that we have a way to source them ourselves. Its all too common for a company to leave a platform and make it impossible to source replacement parts. Not saying that you have any plans for NRW to leave the platform anytime soon.

By the way, I did shoot Roger a message and I got a response but its 4 AM in China right now. Should have more info by tonight but I’m sure he will give me the same feedback you have Steven.

On another note, you mentioned that its a tight fit. Have you seen any issues with chargepipes not clearing the strut tower? And have you fitted any of them with a phenolic spacer and created a fitment problem? It would be great info to document.

As needed Roger can send you extra for a small cost. They are not bad to purchase as needed and i have a few dozen extra sets i got when we handed over the gasket MDA to them. Now this is over a year ago which means that whatever they send now could have changed but i highly doubt that would happen.

I have no tested with any spacers and have not had issues with CP's. I have had the ETS, VRSF, and a custom CP made which all had no clearance issues. :)
