To anyone that has this exhaust, what's the drone like? How is the interior volume compared to the stock exhaust with the golf tee mod?

Due to numerous delays and other ventures going on we didn't put it on the website until recently when our new website went live last month. (There are still bugs being worked out with the website so don't be surprised).

Either way, shortly after it went live we had an order for one and have it in production as we speak so we will finally have another video/review for you.

There'll be drone I'm sure.. Loud exhausts aren't for everyone
That's the thing, from all the videos I've heard, it doesn't sound unreasonably loud outside the car. I'm just wondering what it would be like inside the car, particularly with the windows up.

@Tippin has an e90 with this exhaust and I've been in it. Its not quiet but I wouldn't call it too loud, and it has a very nice tone. This can mean different things to different people, but I thought it was a good mixture for only having the one barrel/bullet style muffler.

I have officially have 2 cars that have the BMR exhausts. There is slight drone at high rpm but nothing unbearable for sure..... both of these cars are dailys. Drone is at 80mph and it is not worth complaining about.

So you guys made the exhaust cheaper with slip fit connectors, and increased the price to $1600 now?

The exhaust price increased last week due to the increase in the cost of the materials. Due to current market conditions the price of steel has gone up considerably and unfortunately theres not much we can do about that.

Don't forget the other reason for the slip fit conversion was added ground clearance since some people were hitting the v-band connections. We are almost caught up with all of the orders from the tax season rush and are back to the usual 4 week lead time, sometimes less, please inquire if interested!

Ouch. I didn't notice the price hike. I was waiting around for a tax season sale, group buy, black Friday, or something. Any sale now is negated by the price hike unfortunately. Obviously not your guys' fault. It is a business after all.

Hello guys, sorry its been a while since I have been online. Since I know price is a major concern I wanted to pass along a one time offer through this upcoming Tuesday for this exhaust system...

$1500 shipped within the continental US. Total savings of $180. If interested the best bet is to email me at [email protected]. We will be closed Monday which is why I am extended the weekend sale through to Tuesday.

@Twisted Tuning was there any modifications needed to the exhaust to make it work on an xi? I'm interested in picking one up but not sure if it'll fit or not.

I have had 2 people take advantage of this pricing so far. Ends today!

I have a detailed email from him going over what it took him to get it on there, didn't seem very hard but obviously direct fit is preferred. If you are interested send me an email and I will forward you the info from him. [email protected]

What is the cfm
Of this

Not sure, I don't think you rate exhaust by CFM? Typically whatever your turbos are rated for. Regardless....the exhaust is true 3.5" all the way through with a 100% straight through muffler so the only spot where back pressure could really occur for big turbo setups is at the front connecting flange since it has to be a split design to match OEM and everyone else's downpipe design. HOWEVER, for big turbo cars we have made the 135 and 335 exhausts with a v-band front connection, eliminating the split design, and we include the other half of the v-band so you can have your downpipe made to fit the exhaust locally.
