Started the car up today making progress
Yep, even worse for me in a full street car E93Depressing thread. Our trans and suspension are still junk after all these years. 2800lbs couldnt get the job done.Same whp and 4,000lb cars are at mid 9s
What do you mean couldn’t get the job done?Depressing thread. Our trans and suspension are still junk after all these years. 2800lbs couldnt get the job done.Same whp and 4,000lb cars are at mid 9s
I’ll clarify. The build is awesome. Your parts are the latest batch of newer n54 products. The time you took to make the thread is amazing. Your build is NOT, depressing.I myself have put about 20k into my car, and started building with previous options from as far back as 2012. I have a full weight e90 that can barely pull 10.9 on a street race (dragy)It really urks me that 4,000lb cars are still faster. Even at 7-800whp. So I read through all newcomers attempts and i get excited all over again. still haven’t found the guys that can find a better way. It looks like new parts, same results. 2,800lb and even 500whp should pull 9s. Big single at 700whp should be deep into 8s atleast. Meanwhile these zl1 etc can pull 9.3-9.6 at 700whp. Depression is,Ive been hoping for the past few years (6or so) that we would have a recipe for a 7 second car. I just lack confidence in that dream now. Definitely not a knock on your car. What do you mean couldn’t get the job done?
I appreciate it but man you got your stats all messed up. No zl1 running low 9’s with 700hp. Coyotes do that with about 900whp weighing about 3800lbs. No no. It takes a lot more then 500hp to run a 9 sec pass lol but don’t worry there is some crazy builds going on this year and there will be a n54 in the 8’s before this year is over I can guarantee that.It
