Yeah, my associate in Germany thought that was funny:

"The funny thing is, that the BOSCH coils are the very same ELDOR coils.
I know the company that applies the BOSCH stickers to the ELDOR coils, here in Germany.
Even more funny, I tested and released the Bosch coils for that company."

If you look at the results, at 3.2ms, the Eldor coils can put out around 30mj more than the Bosch coils. So yes, it contradicts the statement that they are the same...
I'm not saying anyone is wrong, i'm just pointing out that fact.

Let's talk about measurement accuracy ;)
And, second - ELDOR manufactures several (a bit different) coils for the B series. There are several upgrades even for actual p/n.

Yes and no at the same time. Each measurement should be repeated several times; supply voltage and timing: double-checked, etc. Btw, spark time doesn't correlate with released energy (again - question about accuracy). And finally - I didn't find info on how energy was calculated...
