So I've been pretty quiet like I think most of us in frigid states because it's too cold to enjoy are cars and too cold to enjoy working on them lol..
Anyways spec 3+/smfw, new guibo, new center support bearing, rear main and all trans seals are gonna go in one of these weekends.. anything over 19lbs and it current 550i clutch slips even with low grip cold weather :/ bitter sweet, sucks I'm rushed to get the new clutch in but awesome that it's making a lotta power on 40% wgdc
Anyways, sorting out the port meth injection via the fuel injector bungs in my sharp Manifold, I'll be using the aquamist OE style nozzle with these banjo connections. The fuel rail will hold the nozzles down by applying pressure to the back of the banjo bolt. Will probably need a sort of spacer to make up the small gap I anticipate from rough measurements. I also sourced some super small M5 crush washers to hopefully make the entire meth system a one and done sealed system! Like NOOOO leaks at allllllllllllll is the plan! EVERRR lol. Also reducing from 100% meth to a 70/30 or so should help as well.
Stay warm fellas will update as the weather warms a bit.. hope you all had a good holiday season as well!
