Do you think once you finalize your design and get comfortable with producing them in numbers, the price will go down in general due to less labor time? Not any huge amount, maybe just $200, but idk because im not in your business and im not doing any business models for it. My thoughts are founded on base price of these cars today. Theyre cheap, and they keep getting cheaper. The markets being flooded with single kits, and everyones gonna need to stay competitive.

If you're wanting a less expensive option, chances are you'll need to wait for a cast kit to come out. Even though its log, there is still labor involved and a profit must be made and you can't escape all the name brand parts like the turbo, wastegates, etc that must be purchased.

I dig this ST setup. I have been resisting going with a ST setup cause they just didn't appeal to me, but this just renewed my faith. Good to see the developer is open to constructive feedback and looking to adapt to make the kit better.

Yes of course. As soon as everything gets stream lined it will be much cheaper. There will be group buy info released in mid January.

I have a shop located in Fremont ca. Your opinion is a joke! Everybody that’s ever worked with me knows I am a fair and honest person. Never screwed anyone nor do I plan to. I will keep up with building the kits the best I can. I will not make promises I can’t live up to. As a matter of fact all of my work that I’ve done in the n54 community is by word of mouth with a perfect track record. I assembled the first test kit in my garage. so what? It’s working great and people are gonna love it. That’s what matters to me

Supposed to get it on the Dyno this Friday. Just been putting a lot of miles on it. It’s now on 27psi with methanol and I can’t wait to see what it makes.

checkout 1freakyfast335i on instagram. He’s been racing the car and testing it to the extreme. Just walked a 650whp gt500 with boost turned down to 25 psi. Last week weather got in the way of the Dyno. got it setup again for tomorrow I’ll post up some videos and results.

Please dyno the car on pump gas no meth as well if you can so we can see a baseline before higher octane fuels are mixed in. I'm replacing my stocks with a ST and would love a bottom mount log style manifold that actually comes with a complete kit. There are a lot of folks out there that a 93 pump gas bottom mount ST would appeal to.

Also, does the car still have the G1-6266, or does it have a G2 turbo on there?

Can we see some Garrett some water cooled turbos? Maybe GTX-R or the new G series for the high end build and GTW for the budget kit. The same old oil cooled precision is getting a bit tiring.

Curious about this as well. Do you know what G/GTW turbo would be roughly equivalent to the G2-6062? Guess I have some more turbo reading to do.

It’s currently running a gen 1 6266 right now wanted to test the cheapest option for people first. The gen one kit will be $3499 shipped complete and ready to install no missing components 3 week wait time.

Dyno results are in! Made 654 on 25psi 623 at 23psi. Not tuned perfectly yet having some timing drops so the owner of the car didn’t wanna turn it up any more. The tuner is working on a new flash at the moment. Stock DI and stock intake manifold. Just running methanol injection and e40 mix.
