Doesn't your log manifold require a wastegate to be welded on?
the vband option yes but not the twin scroll option it is 1 single 46mm wastegate. I don't want to take away from this thread though just throwing that out there lol.

I couldn't find a twin scroll bottom mount kit on your website.
Hey folks! Thanks for the info on the 02 sensors. I will see how it works and probably incorporate a spacer to remove the 02 from the heat. just know that this is a test manifold that was thrown together very quickly. The majority of the stuff you see there I had laying around my garage. I come from the diesel world of Performance. Always wanted to jump into building a single kit for the n54. This kit is made entirely of mild steel sch40 Weld Els. This will not be the final construction material. I will be using backpurged 321 stainless on the kits for sale. Also the downpipe pictured is galvanized it was tricky to weld to the stainless v band adapter I used. If you have anymore questions feel free I will be testing this setup this weekend it is already installed in the test car. No modifications necessary! stock right side motor mount and bracket are still used.
Thanks for chiming in. I know its hard to predict with the holidays, any ballpark estimate for public availability of the kit? Have you considered fitment of the GTX turbos or non EFR BW?
So far beating the hell out of the car all day numerous cold and hot starts so far no 02 issues. I still plan on doing some modifications to the positioning but no problems off the bat. That kit is going to eat O2 sensors for an after school snack.
So far first drive was today. Turned out way better than I expected. will post logs and Dyno numbers soon. Its an absolute beast only running on wastegate spring with jb4 st software map1 13psi. Full boost at 3900. I am Currently building jigs after the prototype has been tested fully. Assuming everything is going perfect I plan to start building these kits full time starting Jan 1st. I have considered fitting a Borg Warner turbo just haven’t gotten to it yet. I have a s362fmw that I run in my 4bt Chevy. 70 psi for over 3 years Still holding up lol. They are awesome turbos. I will bolt it up and get back to you guys on that. I have not attempted to fit a gtx series turbo yet that is something planned soon as well.
13psi at 3900rpm is pretty horrible. Also, one day of testing and claiming no o2 issues is also pretty horrible. You need a few months minimum.

Eesh
Agreed.
Vm/ACF top mount 6466 1.00AR divided does 20psi@3100rpm 6MT 4th gear pull.
In a time long long ago now, when I first went ST, I wondered why some others we're getting significantly better spool time then myself. Until I realized they used 4th instead of 3rd lol.4th gear has a lot of load
try 6th gear lmaoIn a time long long ago now, when I first went ST, I wondered why some others we're getting significantly better spool time then myself. Until I realized they used 4th instead of 3rd lol.
you finally appear lolIm running the kit now on my car. we haven't even tuned it just wastegate at 13psi Pure evil tuning will be helping with this. Still got couple more things left to make it fast ha all you guys know I do nothing but racing with my car. check it out on my page @1freakyfast335i

I’ve been testing in 2nd gear. If I brake boost I can get it to spool fully at 3,000rpms. Still no tune on low timing and no vvt tricks gonna get a real tune and some timing tonight.Foot on brake too, that helps.
