Bolted the M3 diff to my 12/2008 E91 LCI N54 E91 and the measurements are as follows:

From diff flange to center of centerbearing-bolt: 719mm
From front universal rubber joint to center of centerbearing-bolt: 669mm
Universal rubber joint thickness: 40mm
Total length from inside the bolthole on gearbox-flange to M3 diff-flange: 1428mm (1388mm without stock universal rubber mount).

My car is a 12/2008 6MT, yes.

Since there was no interrest in making this custom shaft in carbon, i got a E39 M5 diff-flange and had it welded to the 335 driveshaft. Everything incl new paint and balancing ran me about 200usd here in Norway.
The diameter of the E39 M5 shaft is the same as the 335. Think it was 60mm.

The shop could actually make me a brand new 3" 1-piece driveshaft in steel all balanced and good for big hp at about 6-700usd.
