Has anyone here tried v1.3? I'm still on 1.1 as I feel 1.2 was a bit harsh on downshifts. I have Propulsive Dynamics Transmission. V1.1 has been great so far.
UPDATE: After 1 month on xHP Stage 3 my trans made a horrific clunk after a gear change earlier today. Instantly parked, got towed and waiting for a tech to check what broke. ill keep you guys updated

What version of XHP? I've been running v1.1 on my PD transmission for a while now. I tried v1.2 but downshifts were a bit harsh to my liking. Keep us updated!

Update for the few unlucky 335i guys, which had an "unflashable" TCU, even their 335i is post 03.2007 build date:

Doubt it had anything to do with the flash. Or his transmission was already weak, and the extra hold gave it its last breath.
It may have been covered in this thread somewhere but I see you have to remove your jb4 to flash xhp. I already have xhp flashed do I need to still remove the jb4 to upload an update for xhp?
When I had jb4 on my car, Xhp refused to flash or update with it connected.
This seems to vary on different JB4 revisions and cars. With the latest JB4 update most seem to got lucky and could flash with Jb4 connected. But however, the only critical part is the install, were we always recommend to really remove JB4. If the install fails in the first 2 segments, and Emergency Flash needs to be done, which makes you lose some time. The short flashes afterwards can always by tried with JB4 connected and if they fail, just remove it and flash again. The short flash is only 2 minutes and can be done over and over.
Luckily it only takes 2 minutes to disconnect jb4 and hook the stock harness back up for your flash
