The easy way to determine if you're at or beyond the point of "too much" is if you're asking yourself the question of if it's gone too far. The good/bad part about hitting that point though is you've already sunk way more money into a depreciating asset to turn back. So, you basically can't quit at that point and have to see it out so that your wife and friends don't think you're a pussy and a loser who can't see something through. ;)

I wish I could drive well enough to tell the difference!
Well ... your E89 has a different diff mount - one where the rear mounts 90 degrees to the rear cover (unlike the E8x E9x). It is E46 style, and nowhere near susceptible to the twist of the other N54 brethren, as I understand it.

Deff agree think part of it was this was longest the car has been down for was month and half so really started to dig at me as soon as i drove out of alignment shop I felt great until I got home and washed it and found bend in my rim. Now my car is sitting at a tire shop getting rim fixed even though barely could tell it would drove me nuts.

My opinion

If you upgraydd the turbos you should be in it for the long haul. If you don't do your own work, and you're upgrading turbos, well

Do you guys think I should get tires road force balanced I am having rim repaired at a very well known good shop but they don't have a road force balancer but I don't know if I'm better off going to firestone or something or having this place do it with more experienced mechanic and owner operated

If the shop repairs rims, they probably know more about balancing than most. Personally I have a "guy" who does that kind of stuff for my car ... he's a meticulous pain in the you-know-what when he does alignments and all that. Also if they are fixing the wheel I'd rather have them do the mount and balance ... so the result is all under one house...

I've mounted and balanced tires in the past and had some that wouldn't balance out until I road force balanced them. It's worth taking the tires and wheels to the different place to have it done imo.

Now my ocd kicks in I was pulling my tires off and the passenger front coil over is like half inch lower on threads is that a big deal or is something on my car tweaked I am looking for level ground plus have to get to my yard in am to get Allen keys to adjust collar. Sometimes I wish I could just drive the damn thing but this is what keeps me going when I built computers I used to overclock and benchmark and never even got around to playing games on it lmao

Measure the ride height and count the number of threads from the bottom of the perch.

Measure height with wheels on and on the ground like Morelli said
Not an issue in and of itself

Usually drivers side will be set a touch higher, not lower, to offset driver weight but unless you’re going all out w corner balancing and optimizing height for a competition doesn’t matter.

The build is the fun part, just like melting cpus

You know how much wattage you would need for that to be viable. I tried Peltier and then went to phase change then stuck with water. Peltier is good for very localized temp drop but problem is it generates heat in itself and the electrical load would be huge for sub ambient with that much heat. I would think ac setup would be best but I think setting up a2w then running the water through ac setup or In that case then you could cool to ambient then use Peltier to go sub ambient. I'm sure you were joking but if you do want help with any that let me know or if need anything 3d printed or drawn up in cad I can help.

Actually fits in perfect with what point is to much, peltier, 2 diff shops for tires and counting threads on coil overs also I sticking with guys that fixing rim cause he will be capable of fixing it if scratches and if he feels any don't balance well to will tell me and I'll still pay for his effort and take somewhere else but he has had business for very long time and has high end equipment he just doesn't feel it worth the investment.
Damn, this thread is turning into "random porn thoughts...."

different rear mounts.....rim jobs.... force balances....how tall is your...."cool your processor" there buddy....
