What limits power on N54 with stock turbos?

Depends on ambients I think. Summers here make me want meth. 100° and near 100° humidity the race FMIC struggles badly.
I'm in TN. Really humid here too. But will be moving to VA in a year or so. So ill probably not bother with it.

One thing missing here as a power limitation imho, is the exhaust side on the stock turbo. The turbine housing is not designed for high HP output but quick spool.
I don´t know if anyone remembers how the stock n54 setup performes. But i barely feel any turbo and it rather feels like NA car.

Turbos like the HP650/800 have a bigger turbine housing which reduces the backpressure, reduces pumping losses, increases cylinder scavenging efficiency, which is a big bottleneck on the stock housing.
