Unknown rattle/whine

Hi,

I have a problem with my N54 for about 1 week now. We installed a Stage 1 inline pump 1,5 weeks ago. A slight whine started a few days later. It gets worse every time I drive the car.
Now a rattle can be heard in idle and the whine is louder when driving.

However, thr car drives absolutely fine and the logs are also clean. No codes.

FYI:
- Belt, pulleys and tensioner replaced 4 years ago
- Generator replaced last year

It looks like the alternator has too much play. I replaced it last year and it had a slight transport damage so that the alternator pulley has a slight imbalance. It looks that this got worse and therefore it makes this noise. I can say it definitely in a few weeks, when the alternator has been replaced
