Absolutely agree with you, finally it was about $200 difference between these pumps, idk why I chooses Magneti M. but as long as I remember I found some info that they produce pumps for bmw, it was my bad.

I'm happy as hell ! To be honest... I was so nervous, I couldn't believe that brand new hpfp from (kind of) reputable factory could came defective...AYEEE I HELPED. I’m happy that it worked boss.
I wouldn't even call it your fault tbh. I had this exact thing happen to me with genuine BMW pump that I bought from official BMW dealer. It worked fine for 2 days and all of the sudden it stopped working fully and car wouldn't stay on. Swapped out a new pump for a warranty and the latest pump has been working for 10k miles now without any problems.
These pumps are just so luck based I guess
