Single turbo n54 bucking when shifting

I have a single turbo 335i n54 and I have an issue with traffic speed bucking when shifting. I’ve been trying to source the issue for a while with no luck. The issue is when I’m driving normally (not under boost) and I go to shift from 1st to second it’ll buck/surge when the clutch is released. It’ll happen in all gears, 1-2 is just the most noticeable. Possible fueling issue?
I’ve replaced injectors as I found a few leaking injectors. Plugs/coils new (b58 coils/plugs). upstream af sensor new.

In the logs it looks like you are on and off the pedal quite a lot after the shift:

The low pressure fuel reading is quite low for the entire log though. Should be up at 72psi. Add ignition timing to the next log since that is also important.
