Roger also sent me one of these for testing. Honestly I have to say, I am not impressed. Literally where it must have been hitting on the oil filter housing, they simply crushed it in with a hammer, and coated over it. The hold downs are not something I would ever want to run on a serious build, the hardware is pretty low quality. Also the area where the throttle body sits is cut for an oring, But um, the oring is in the throttle body. That should be flat to seal against the oring. So they want an oring to seal against an Oring? The mount for the map sensor is WAY too tall, the sensor is supposed to be exposed, the way they have it, it it completely shrouded by the bung. The included some aluminum spacer as well, very thin. My guess, the manifold doesn't fit right without it. So they want you to use a sandwich spacer to space it out properly? I have not tried to fit it yet, but that's my guess. Its very obvious the manifold was made without ever been test fit or run on an N54. The good parts, its very light which is a plus, the EOS is seriously way way too heavy. The welds look very nice, and the runners / internal machining do look like they should add a nice bit of flow over a stock manifold. All in all, its very hard for me to get over the beating the runner in with a hammer, cutting a groove for an oring where there should be one, and other major problems. There is a good chance I won't run this.
