I guess it could but would also then need a 10an female by female since the VTT vacuum relief is a male.

Although you maybe able to have a oring seal even without the recess groove. Not 100% but it’s basically a 7/8-14. I would need to look again at the vacuum relief but I think it actually has a recessed oring. I give it a high 75% probably of working.

Not sure what you mean it wont seal? I use it and it seals fine, using it with a 10An to 3/4 with moroso vacuum relief valve. No leaks on the fittings
