Such a niche design would be a lot heavier, cost a lot more to make, more susceptible to boost leaks and heat soak a lot more

I can't see anyone making it for such limited market with limited sales thats all im saying

You could always approach a manifold designer and see if they make you one but I already know what the answer will be.

Not saying plazmaman doesn’t know what they’re doing, but it’s a hypertune manifold. They are not niche manifolds, they’re top of the line for MANY engines, and cost less than the plazmaman manifolds...probably because they’re all cnc’d parts which means less labor intensive and better tolerance control leading to less man hours again.

I can understand and respect why you'd want a manifold like that, but unfortunately I think Marty makes a very good point about who'd buy it - and even then, most who purchase it would likely just buy one set of runners and the only discussion we'd ever see around the manifold being modular would be "what Send-IT Manifold runners are the best? Planning on frankenturbos and maybe a stage 2 lpfp plus M3 bumper to go along with it. Cali 91oct only."

I mean people still cant grasp that theres no end-all be-all to ST vs twins, people still don't think cams offer any gains because so few run them, and people still blindly follow E90P posts from 2009-2015 regarding HP mods unfortunately. I think for what he set out to do, Marty's manifold will be excellent. The fact that it's the only FF manifold I can buy where I dont have to work around it being made for PI and offers a burst plate at a cheaper price than anything but stock style Chinese manifolds has it on my list of "eventually"s personally ‍♂️

The problem is our engine bays haven't got the room to play with different runner lengths, you would have to relocate the oil filter and the another issue is our runners need some angle to them to clear the strut brace. Our manifold just about utilizes all the space that we have.

Then every time you changed the lengths you would have to remake the charge pipe as its already a major head ache to make that uses ultra tight 1d 90% alloy bends.

It all sounds easy until you start organizing and doing it all.

This is the final revision of the manifold, showing you the clearances between the body, strut brace, oil housing, power steering reservoir while optimising the up pipe to minimise the bends and clearances.

This will give us a lot more room for custom catch cans any other things you might want to mount of the strut brace or strut tower.

This took a little extra time due to the huge workload.

I brought an old harness of ebay and used that to extend
Thanks man, I kinda figured it had to be that way. Ive been scouring the interwebs for days trying to find an appropriate connection. Ive been tempted to 3d print one. I will probably just go with some 12 guage wire and some crimps. Thanks for the quick reply.

Congrats on discrete logo work. That may seem like a trivial compliment, but I seen products ruined by the logo is the center of the universe. Workmanship looks fantastic as well.

I could not agree more! I personally dislike big ass logos on things and avoid buying items that have them.

100% agree with Filippo here, a subtle logo is 10x better than a giant one on any product imo - whether it's my T shirt or my intercooler, I dont want to be an advertisement unless I choose so.

Love the looks of this manifold, if I end up going with a FF you've sold me on this being the one.

I haven't kept up with all the posts here... what's the current plan for the throttle body/intercooler piping, etc?

I know the harness is an issue due to the plug style but depinning it and extending it is no big deal.
