N54 Stock DME Flex Fuel

Their solution is not true flex fuel. It doesn't modify timing, afr, fuel scalar, iat compensation, etc etc.

That's what I wanted to know!

I'm curious as to how well their "Auto-Tune" system will fair against the existing configurations available.

I'd love to see a dyno of: E30, E50, E85

I've been pretty bummed the last few months since the one station in Philly stopped selling E85. Now I'll be able to take advantage of E85 whenever I pass a station in the surrounding area. Awesome!

I remember stopping at the one in center city and it was around $3.50 a gallon. I thought i read it wrong. I always use the pepboys in glen mills but they have been out of it quite a few times.

I'm excited for these new tables and hope they are setup in such a way to let us take advantage of them on the JB4 BEF. Remember though it's always a moving target. I'm knee deep in virtual sensor development, and JB4 PI/E85 integration, while Fuel-IT has some exciting things in the works for the rare flash only PI customer that incorporate E85 integration in to a PI controller. We're fully committed to ensuring we have both JB4 and non-JB4 bases fully covered.

Jake is still trucking along on both the SW and HW side of things. New stuff is being tested everyday and the second Beta car is in the works and should be up and running on flex fuel by this weekend. We'll announce major milestones as they come but we wont be updating on a daily basis. Some stuff is just minor details and not worth mentioning.

Don't worry, as Chris said work is diligently being done every day. A lot of work actually. The scope of table structure and code changes inside the DME for this to function is insane. Then multiply that by 4 because BMW can't just have one SW version

I'm anxious to get it released for everyone.
