Helped a friend of mine with a tune for his Pure stage 2 DD turbos. His power goal was 600whp, so we did our best to hit that without outlets. I suggested at install, but Pure suggested it wasn't necessary. They were correct, but the wgdc is maxed out up top. He will be throwing on a metal outlet here soon, and we will go back to the dyno for testing.

Mods:
7.5" VRSF Intercooler
VRSF Catless Downpipes
VRSF Stock location inlets
PS2 DD turbos
Stage 3 BMP fuel pump
BMP port injection
E85
Jb4 with custom tune
Boost tapers in to keep torque down and rods happy. 20psi midrange and 27psi up top. 9* of timing

STD Correction factor, and smoothing set to 5
Was dyno'd at Bimmer Performance Center Dyno Day.

This is what I've been wanting to see a recent dyno of. Looks great!

Thank you. I posted this, because there's only like one or two dynos of these turbos floating on the internet. We couldn't find any to use as a reference.

Yes. Straight from the pump. Tested just above 85%

Any chance you could tune for E40-E50 and see what they put down? That would be so helpful for what I'm planning with these turbos.

Was timing kept conservative just because or was there no gains above 9*? On full E85, I would expect some good power gains running up to 13*.

He was getting too many corrections at 10* for my liking, I believe because his duty cycle was so high up top. We are planning on renting some dyno time soon locally with a couple guys. I'd like to try some cam changes up top with his set up and see if we can get the timing bumped up a bit. The outlet should help lower duty cycle as well, reducing back pressure.

Tapers to ? And why taper at that level ? Too many corrections ?
From what I remember the tuner was telling me I was running out of fuel up top(higher rpms), he then showed me a graph of what the AFR's we're past 5k and how my trims dropped .
Here's a pic I just found from back in December of said graph (pink line) this was on
single Wahlbro GS2342 lpfp
,Stock Plugs Stock Gapped
, Stock Airbox
Also I am 4wd x drive

Aren't stock inlets a huge restriction?
IIRC when I spoke from Jesse from Pure Turbos he advised me the size wasn't that big of a change power wise ,I believe OEM inlet size is 1.81" and upgraded is 2"?
I haven't had any issues with the car power wise ,just fine tuning a current tune of about 23psi with a bigger wmi nozzle. Making about 530tq street tuned.

Please clarify, are you using original oem inlets or stock sized aftermarket inlets?
